Send Reminder Email To Supplier
If you have sent a Purchase Order (PO) confirmation email to your supplier but haven’t received any response, you can use this feature to automatically resend a reminder email.
To configure this feature:
- Go to Settings => Email Configuration
- In the Reminder Supplier section, set up the following options:
- Send reminder email to supplier after the last message: Enable this option to allow the system to send reminder emails to suppliers..
- Number of days after the last email to send a reminder: Specify the number of days after the last email when the reminder should be sent.
 

After the number of days you configured, if the supplier has not responded, the system will automatically resend the last email you sent to them. The only difference is that the email subject will include “REMINDER” at the beginning.
